Sewer Payments:

• You can pay your sewer bill in the main office with either cash, credit card or check, that is made payable to Philipsburg Borough. There is a drop box beside the Borough building on the Legion side that you can also put payments in anytime of day. You may also make online payments by clicking the payment tab above.
• Any questions about your sewer bill or account changes can be handled in person or over the phone. The phone number is 814-342-3440. Ask for Melissa.
